Solar Water Solutions is a Finnish cleantech company specializing in decentralized solar-powered desalination systems for seawater and brackish water treatment.
For over 10 years, we have engineered and delivered containerized and skid-mounted reverse osmosis (RO) systems designed for off-grid and hybrid operation. Our solutions provide reliable freshwater production for utilities, municipalities, industry, islands, and remote infrastructure where grid power, fuel logistics, or centralized water networks are limited.
To date, we have delivered over 450 small- and mid-sized water treatment systems globally, supporting private, municipal, and governmental projects in decentralized environments. Solar Water Solutions works in strategic partnership with LORENTZ, a globally recognized manufacturer of solar-powered pumping and drive systems.
Together, we co-develop and integrate solar pumping, control systems and power electronics into our SolarRO desalination platforms. This enables fully off-grid operation, optimized solar energy utilization and stable performance even under fluctuating irradiation conditions.
